Green Steel of WA is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Harrison, as partner in charge of Baker Botts, legal advisers to our Collie Green Steel Recycling Mill Project.

Michael has extensive experience across energy, resources and infrastructure projects and transactions across the Asia Pacific region. He has delivered successful outcomes for developers, financiers and government clients working on joint ventures, M&A, privatizations, take privates, commercial contracting of any kind, project delivery contracts of any kind, and regulatory.

He brings a first-class legal mind and depth of legal knowledge to the team as well as his well-recognised “keep it simple, outcome-driven, approach”.

We look forward to working with Michael and his team whose advice and guidance will be invaluable in taking WA’s first steel mill to FID next year!
