Proudly partnering with GKB

We are pleased and honoured to announce that we have entered into a partnership with the Gnaala Karla Booja Aboriginal Corporation (GKB).

We look forward to working alongside Bruce Jorgensen and the team to find mutually beneficial ways to align GKBs’ skills, capabilities and resources with those required by GSWA’s soon-to-be-constructed Collie green steel mill.

We share a broader objective of identifying and promoting business and economic opportunities for Gnaala Karla Booja and Noongar people while ensuring that GSWA’s activities are sustainable and respectful of the country and waterways.

The Gnaala Karla Booja region covers the Noongar language or dialectical groups of the Binjareb/Pinjarup, Wilman and Ganeang and includes the towns of Capel, Donnybrook, Balingup, Wickepin, Narrogin, Williams, Mundijong, Kwinana, Brookton, Pingelly, Wagin, Harvey, Collie, Pinjarra, Mandurah, and Boddington.
